British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will break his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally recognized for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, consistently making massive financial rewards.

The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
